The Pixel 3 Finally Leaked?

The Pixel 3 Wont Have A Notch!!

The article is based on pictures that were posted by an unknown user on Reddit who deleted his account after posting these pictures on the Pixel Sub-Reddit.

Finally, the pixel 3 (non-XL) has been leaked and there is some good news such as NO NOTCH, but again that is only for the Pixel 3 not the Pixel 3xl

This is one out of the 6 pictures they uploaded and, in this article, we will talk about them all and what they mean.

Now just by looking at this picture we can tell that google is staying true to the Pixel and the Pixel XL having the same single camera setup like last time's Pixel 2.

Overall, not much has changed design wise on the back of the phone. We have the same style as last time.

Around the front we see NO NOTCH!! I know that a lot of you will welcome this very happily. On the front we can also see that the Pixel looks more modern than the pixel 2 that had huge bezels. On the front we can see that it will have stereo speakers for better sound quality like the previous Pixel 2, one more thing is that there is another front camera, possibly for a wide angle lens so more people can fit in a photo.

The side view of the Pixel 3

This is a side view of the phone and while there is not much here we can see that Pixel 3 might not have the colored and textured power button like the Pixel 3 XL.

This is the battery page and while there is not much here, it seems the Pixel 3 will have a 3000mAh battery (when you take into consideration that the battery is 94% charged) . Looking at the battery page, at the bottom middle we see the gestures bar, so yep we're going Apple style here and the Pixel 3 will be using the new gestures by default.

Here we can see the specifications of the display and they seem normal, one thing that is nice is that it supports HDR. The display seems to be a 5.5 inch, 2160 by 1080 that has a 2:1 aspect ratio.

In our opinion it would have been cool if Google added a 90Hz or a 120 Hz display rather than a typical 60 Hz display

And finally, here is a screenshot the tells the specs of the front camera, here we can see that the Pixel 3 might feature 2 cameras at the front and both of the cameras are going to be 8 megapixels. Something that stood out to me was that the “Front Camera #1” has two available apertures just like Samsung's latest flagship lineup but this time its is on the front of the phone, except for that, there doesn't seem to be any other difference between the front 2 cameras.

One thing that I wished for is that the Pixel 3 had stabilization in the front camera, that paired with Pixel's amazing software would have easily made the Pixel 3 have the best front camera in the market.

Looking at the leaks we can see that Google hasn't added something 'out of the box' in their new phone lineup like Samsung's dual aperture etc.
