Well we compiled the best PC under $650 USD using PC Part Picker. This PC can run almost any game at high settings.

You can run Battlefield 1 on Pretty High settings with an average of 50 FPS.

PUBG on a High-Ultra (combo) settings with an average of around 90 FPS

Fortnite on Everything ULTRA and get a constant 60 FPS easily.

GTA 5 on Pretty High settings and get a an average of around 80 FPS however it drops a little during an explosion.

Our Build

So we're going to be discussing why we chose the following Parts:

• CPU

• GPU

• SSD + HDD

CPU:

We chose the Intel's i3 8100 rather than AMD's CPUs because even though it is cheaper it offers more performance for its price in our opinion. We could have gone for Ryzen 5 or i5 but those CPUs would have ended up increasing the price and our GPU would bottleneck these CPUs

GPU

We chose EVGA's OC Nvidia's GTX 1060(6 GB) because it's price and performance is on the sweet spot.Firstly we specifically chose EVGA's version because it is clocked higher than other counter parts. It's strong enough to run any game on high quality settings and doesn't break the bank. During our research we found out that the GTX 1060 doesn't end up bottle-necking the CPU and it's the perfect COMBO.

SSD+HDD

We chose the Kingston 128 GB SSD on which the main OS and main programs could be installed so you get the fast SSD experience. It's very well priced as well for just around $29 USD. We paired that with a WD 1 TB HDD which is a very popular choice due to it's price. So with this setup you'll have a fast running Computer (due to the SSD) and enough storage to get all your data on your PC. We explained in a previous article why it's important to have an SSD in your computer in order for a fast experience.

Conclusion

You can get some really decent hardware for this price. We also added a few accessories as an upgrade. There is enough space for one to add something else they want like a better CPU cooler or a better case fans. We added the very cheap cooler master sick flow due to there looks and price.
